121_35 accessibility 35. The Court recalls that an identical complaint was examined in the case of Mkrtchyan v. Armenia where the Court found that Article 180.1 of the CAO was not formulated with such precision as to enable the applicant to foresee, to a degree that was reasonable in the circumstances, the consequences of his actions, since there was no legal act applicable in Armenia which contained the “prescribed rules” referred to in that provision.
