Turning to the present case, the Court finds that the authorities’ refusal to approve the location chosen by the applicants, the judicial decision declaring the demonstration unlawful, the order to disperse and the subsequent dismantling of the protesters’ tents by the police constituted an interference with the applicants’ right to freedom of assembly.
