178_43 interference 43. The applicant insisted that she had complied with the notification time-limit and the refusal to approve her public event had been therefore unlawful. Given that she had not committed any breach of the established procedure for the conduct of public events, her arrest and administrative offence proceedings against her had been also unlawful.
