Case 180_156

180_156 interference 156. The demonstrations concerned a variety of matters: the use of public funds for various needs; the dissolution of a university; and a local planning-and-construction project. It is common ground between the parties that they concerned matters of public interest. For the Court, the applicants’ demonstrations amounted to a form of political expression (see, by comparison, Tatár and Fáber, cited above, § 36).
