According to the Court’s established case-law, measures taken by the authorities during an assembly, such as dispersal or arrest of participants, and penalties imposed for taking part in an assembly, amount to an interference with the right to freedom of peaceful assembly (see Navalnyy and Yashin v. Russia, no. 76204/11, § 51, 4 December 2014, with further references).
