402_41 interference 41. On 14 October 2017 the applicants were in a bar in St Petersburg. At around 5 p.m. a man who was unknown to them noticed a rainbow bracelet on their friend’s hand and approached them. He insulted them while referring to their perceived homosexuality and beat them, inflicting several bruises which were recorded by a doctor later that day.
