53_107 interference 107. <1> The applicant complains under Articles 5 para. 1, 8, 9 and 11 (Art. 5-1, 8, 9, 11) of the Convention that he was placed under secret surveillance by a public authority. He also complains of discrimination in the enjoyment of his rights under the Convention on grounds of religion contrary to Article 14 (Art. 14) thereof.
