7_81 interference 81. <8> As regards its complaint under Article I I of the Convention, the applicant association alleges essemially that the protection provided to its two demonstrations was insufficient . The authorities remained inactive and did not intervene in time againsl the coumer-detnonstrators who disturbed the demonstrations by shouting, and in the l'irsl case also by Ihe throwing of objects such as eggs and grass tufts .
