In particular, the fourth applicant claimed that he had been arrested at his flat and that the persons who had arrested him had also seized his computer and had taken him to a police station. Later the police accessed his Facebook account through that computer and put a notice on it that the demonstration planned for 23 February 2014 had been cancelled.
