In the present case, the Commission notes that the participants of the demonstrations in front of the Mutlangen military barracks on 7 and 11 December 1983, including the applicant, intended to demonstrate in particular by means of sit-ins blocking the approach road to the barracks concerned and did thereby act illegally.
