340_49 substantive_scope 49. In the light of the foregoing, the Court considers that the first applicant has standing to claim a violation of Article 11 of the Convention in its own name. Furthermore, having regard to the interplay between the latter provision and Article 10, as well as the complementary role of Article 14, the Court considers that the Government’s objection with respect to all those provisions must be dismissed.
