It follows Ihat the applicant association in this case can rightly claim to be a victim, within the meaning of Article 25 of the Convemion, of an interference with its right to freedom of assembly as guaranteed in Article 11, paragraph 1, of the Convention, and that this interference needs to be justilied under Article 11 (2) .
