Admissibility

The Court has declared complaints admissible when they were neither manifestly ill-founded nor inadmissible on any other grounds (87_232, 87_233, 138_25, 138_26, 138_27, 138_28, 193_35, 606_10, 636_10, 642_10, 685_10).

Complaints regarding disproportionate measures against organizers and participants of public assemblies are generally found admissible if they are not manifestly ill-founded or inadmissible on other grounds (501_138, 513_10, 515_10, 516_11, 530_10, 534_12, 547_10, 548_10, 564_10, 570_11, 589_10, 597_12).
