1. **Recognition of Trade Unions and Their Members**:
- Members of Eğitim-Sen, a trade union of public employees, were recognized under Article 11 (102_24).
- The Trade Union of the Police in the Slovak Republic and its members were also covered (197_30, 197_31, 197_32, 197_33).
- The Court has recognized the rights of trade union members to participate in assemblies related to their union activities (445_44, 445_45, 445_54).

2. **Trade Union Activities**:
- Members of trade unions participating in demonstrations related to their union activities are protected. For example, the applicant in case 246_6 participated in a demonstration organized by her trade union, and the Court recognized this as an exercise of her right to freedom of assembly (246_6, 246_11).
- The Court has also found violations of Article 11 in cases where disciplinary sanctions were imposed on individuals for their participation in trade union activities (229_12, 229_17, 229_19, 229_21).
